Clinics

WELL BABY CLINIC

(Tuesday: 11.00am – 12.00noon)

Parents are invited to bring their children, who are less than 5 years of age, for the check up of their development and immunisation. The practice nurse gives vaccination. The Health Visitor is always available in Well Baby Clinic. Normally parents will receive an invitation by letter to bring their children to this clinic. If the appointment is missed due to illness, please contact the surgery for a further appointment. Remember that your child is at risk if not vaccinated. Mothers consent is required for the immunising the child.

 

CHILDHOOD IMMUNISATION TABLE

13-15 months	1st Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR)
4-5 years	Pre-school booster ( DTP and Polio) 2nd MMR

 

PHLEBOTOMY CLINIC

(Wednesday : 9.00 am – 11.00 am)

A highly trained person is available to take the blood sample from your body. Please book an appointment with Phlebotomist, if you have been advised by your doctor or Practice Nurse to have a blood test.

 

COUNSELLING CLINIC

(Thursday : 9.00 am – 12.00 noon)

A qualified and experienced Counsellor is available to help people with different types of psychological problems. This service is available strictly by appointment
